We have design and manufacturing licenses for pressure vessels and boilers. 擁有符合設(shè)計(jì)制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的質(zhì)保體系 Have a quality assurance system that meets the design and manufacturing standards. 現(xiàn)有員工250名，本科以上學(xué)歷者30余名，高級(jí)工程師2名 We have 250 employees, among which more than 30 have degrees above bachelor and 2 senior engineers. 工藝裝備 (Processing equipment) 機(jī)加工能力：擁有數(shù)控平面鉆床、立車(chē)、臥車(chē)、刨床、鉆床、鏜磨銑多功能一體機(jī)床等機(jī)加工設(shè)備30臺(tái)。 Machining capacity: we have more than 30 sets of machining equipments, including NC plane drilling machine, vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, planer, integrated machine with boring, grinding and milling functions. 切割能力：GSII-4500D數(shù)控火焰等離子切割機(jī)、美國(guó)Hypertherm Max200 等離子切割機(jī)、泛洋PC系列離子切割機(jī)、日本小池酸素KOIKE系列切割設(shè)備。 Cutting capacity: GSII-4500D NC flame plasma cutting machine, USA Hypertherm Max200 plasma cutting machine, Fanyang PC series cutting machine, Japan KOIKE series cutting equipment. 焊接能力：自動(dòng)埋弧焊機(jī)8臺(tái)、2臺(tái)全自動(dòng)管板氬弧焊機(jī)、日本松下Panasonic TSP300鎢氬弧焊機(jī)等焊接設(shè)備50余臺(tái)。 Welding capacity: 8 sets of automatic submerged arc welding machines , 2 sets of full automatic tube plate argon arc welders ,more than 50 sets of Panasonic TSP300 tungsten electrode argon arc welder, etc.. 基礎(chǔ)裝備能力：W11-35×3000自動(dòng)卷板機(jī)、9M銑邊機(jī)、剪板機(jī)、35噸行吊等基礎(chǔ)裝備40余臺(tái)。 Basic equipment capacity: more than 40 sets of W11-35×3000 automatic rolling machines, 9M edge milling machines, shearing machines, 35T cranes, etc.. 理化及檢測(cè)能力：低溫沖擊試驗(yàn)槽、高速碳硫分析儀、萬(wàn)能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、便攜式及臺(tái)式硬度計(jì)和測(cè)厚儀、金相分析儀等全套理化實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備。 Physical and chemical inspection capacity: low temperature impact testing channel, high speed carbon-sulfur analyzer, multi-function testing machine, portable and desk-type hardness meter, thickness meter, metallographic analyzer, etc.. 無(wú)損檢測(cè)能力：擁有RT、UT、PT、MT等全套檢測(cè)設(shè)備及專業(yè)的檢測(cè)隊(duì)伍。 Non-destructive inspection capacity: owning RT, UT, PT and MT and other full set of inspection equipments and professional inspection group. 焊接工藝能力： Welding processing capacity: 工廠已完成各類(lèi)焊接工藝評(píng)定300余項(xiàng)，分類(lèi)如下： The company has finished more than three hundreds of various kinds of welding processing evaluations as follows: 雙相不銹鋼及超級(jí)不銹鋼（UNS31500、UNS31803、UNS2205 、UNS31254等）； Double-phase stainless steel and ultra-stainless steel (UNS31500, UNS31803, UNS2205 and UNS31254 , etc.); 不銹鋼（321、310S、347、304L、316L、317L等）； Stainless steel (321, 310S, 347, 304L, 316L, 317L, etc.); 各種合金（16MnDR、09MnNiDR、15MnVR、15CrMoR、20MnMoNb等）； Various alloys (16MnDR, 09MnNiDR, 15MnVR, 15CrMoR, 20MnMoNb etc.); 復(fù)合材料（ 16MnR+316L,16MnDR+316L等） Compound material (16MnR+316L, 16MnDR+316L, etc.) 用于換熱器的焊接工藝評(píng)定共有65項(xiàng)。 There are 65 items in total for welding processing evaluation of heat exchanger. |
